winter resolutions
as I know I’ve mentioned before,
I honestly don’t believe in New Years Resolutions. Why do I have to wait until January 1st to make a change in my life? Why can’t I make it now? [continued]
but I do have some things that need changing in my life, so we’re going to call them winter resolutions. because now is winter and now’s the time to change
- watch my spending more and be consistent. there are months where I watch it so well and I’m really aware of what I’m spending but more recently, I’ve been blowing money random places and then WTF-ing when I run out
- meatless mondays. starting this in 2012 because next monday I’ll be on a cruise with family friends and I dont want to keep explaining why I’m doing it and also emphasize that I’m not turning into my vegan sister…anyways, I’ll make a bigger post about this later
- come out of my shell more. this more applies to when I’m at UCSB but even here, I need to become less shy.
- get healthy. i mean, eat more fruits and veggies and essentially apply everything I’ve learned in nutrition. this includes working out, but like, is more than that, its changing a lifestyle
to be updated as time goes on

About Me
Sema
let’s see. although socially awkward and shy on rare occasion, I tend to think of myself as outgoing and laid-back yet hyper at times. I’m the crazy one who has laughter fits for no reason yet also the sarcastic little smart ass who won’t put up with your shit.
18 ; ucsb ; biopsych/bio double major
I’m a strong liberal, often siding with the democratic party; prochoice, anti death penalty, supporter of gay rights and healthcare.
oh, and did i mention i love laughing? because i do.
i think that covers it?

Every song has a CODA, a final movement. Whether it fades out or crashes away. Every song ends. Is that any reason not to enjoy the music? The truth is, there is nothing to be afraid of. It's just life.
