i did it last year and during the summer, but couldnt do it during fall because of my ankle and then just never had time last quarter…but if its at 9am on saturdays, it’ll give me reason to get my ass up and start being productive, so I’m super stoked

im not going to answer the weight question on basis of watching your weight involves SO MUCH MORE than zumba once a week
i will say though that zumba is a great source of cardio, it’s REALLY fun and it has made my body healthier for sure, losing weight depends way more on how often you’re exercising, how intense, how much and what you’re eating and so much more.
I really do feel like I’m in better shape though, physically and mentally, mentally especially in the short term aspect. I go to zumba monday evenings and after a long day (because let’s be real, mondays are never fun and great), going and putting all my energy into it and coming back more tired than ever…it feels good. in a way, it gets you pumped. it’s a good way to relieve stress. and i mean yeah i feel like i’m in better shape but i dont really feel theres much more that can be said about that
